20 kHz Standard Nozzle System (SNS 20)

A 4 kW peak power system capable of effective atomization of high-viscosity liquids in a broad range of flow rates. Can enable spraying higher-solids materials or materials at reduced temperatures without the need for changes in process conditions.

20 kHz Harsh Environment Nozzle System (HES 20)

Similar in capability to the 20 kHz Standard Nozzle System outlined above but with consideration for the unique requirements for many industrial applications, including those where exposure to corrosion, dust, chemical, or liquids can be problematic.  Ultrasonic controls are housed in an IP66 enclosure, all non-acoustic components are fabricated out of 316L SS and the chamber is a “no-weld” design. This system can be configured with or without the heating package, fluid column extensions, and a protective shroud (for processes requiring wash down/splash resistance or isolation for other reasons).

20 kHz High Flow Nozzle System (HFS 20)

Similar in capability to the 20 kHz Standard Nozzle System outlined above but with a larger diameter horn and custom, multi-orifice nozzles for applications where high flow rates are required.  Nozzles can be customized for specific applications by modifying the number of orifices and orifice diameters to achieve desired flow rate and droplet size distribution performance.  All non-acoustic components are fabricated from 316L SS and a “no weld” system design. This system can be configured with or without the heating package, fluid column extensions, and a protective shroud for processes requiring these features.

40 kHz Standard Nozzle System (SNS 40)

Similar to the 20kHz platform in principle but with lower power (800W) capability. Designed for atomization of lower-viscosity liquids and/or lower-flow applications. Provides effective atomization in a smaller footprint compared to the 20 kHz system.
